Mine are different too. All the cia files I have are different from one another. Do I not use them?

Erm.. they are all different files... they are suppost to have different Hashes.
The zip/rar file you downloaded is what you check, not each individual .cia file.

Okay, I checked the zip file and it matched the one I was comparing it to. Is it safe to downgrade now?

mine worked first try... Ive downgraded twice already on O3DS

It's browserhax. I'm using a different SD card that was recently formatted because I don't want to use my 64gb one.
