ROM Hack rxtools stupid noob question

Sorry to ask this, Im freaking out to do something stupid and messing up my emunand.

Can I install bigbluebox and devmenu using rxtools? Im confusing because those apps is for gateway cart right?

I want to downgrade the web browser and to do that I need to use those apps, fbi couldnt install the .cia downgrade

No. Just install DevMenu with FBI. Why do you want to downgrade your browser?

To use spider qr code. I did it and everything is working fine. Thank you guys
