Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

Sadly, it was WAY too laggy to click install :3 I'm sure the install would be laggy too. I'll eventually report back when I can get this to work. Thanks for all the help everyone though lol.
Edit: I just got it to launch with FTBrony, it super laggy again! What is this bug? xD I have however managed to click Install all CIAs

Hopefully it works.

EDIT 2: FFS this should of worked this time, everything was in perfect conditions, it froze on 95% and failed, like always!

Okay, this is the last time I'm trying since this time it launched first time without lag.
If it stops again I'm going to blame it on my SD card or something and give up.
Edit 3: Sigh... it didn't work, it failed on 99% but with an actual description:
DESCRIPTION_INVALID_NCCH (0x25)

Anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong or will it just not work for me?

That's really weird, I've never seen that before. It's probably your SD card, try another one, you could pick one up for ~20$.

Yeah, this is my 2nd SD card (brandless so maybe fake?). I don't know why it isn't working though. It worked first time on my Original 3DS with the same SD card and CIA's so all I can think of is my Console.
It is really annoying and all I really want to do is play Mario Kart ._.

Hmm.. Same SD card worked on your O3DS? Then that basically rules out it being corrupted.

The SD card does keep corrupting new files though when I add them afterwards. Perhaps since my O3DS used the Adapter with the MicroSD it worked, but now that the New3DS only allows a MicroSD its not liking it.
I did get a 4gb with the 3DS, I could try it but I can't exactly install all the games on it.

EDIT: I have tried installing Ironfall but that doesn't work: Error 007-2920, which google tells me they are on maintenance, which I think they aren't.
I suppose its all down to my SD at this point.
Well I'm giving up now until I can figure it out, thanks though.

I have a problem.
I Have a original 3DS on 9.9 and a new3DS on 10.3. I managed to install Animal Crossing Cia on the first one via Homemenuhax and everything is fine and dandy. But when I try to do the same on the new3DS (with the same CIA file), FBI gives me an Install Failed info. The description is "invaild_command (0x2f)". This is a 8GB SD card with 5,6GB free space. What can I do now?

I'm having the exact same issue as you on my 2DS, haven't tried it on the new one yet though...

What I'm more interested in, besides the brick risk, is some risk of the NNID getting removed or something by doing this (even though the CIA's are "legit").

The N3DS is a pain in the behind.

All I can say, from experience, is try try try try try try and try again.

I spent nearly 3 days and some 300-400 try's until I finally got it to work for me.

Got too curious and just tried it myself. Success on first try apparently (got to the cleaning up line, pressed A, got into the file manager menu and now I'm looking at that Tomodachi Life.cia file, wondering if I should do it or not :rofl2:

).
€dit: nevermind silly me, didn't quite see that I'm supposed to arrive at "Done" (probably too logical, haha) to be able to install them..

03ds 10.3 oothax = > 9.2 with homemu hax. * (meanwhile ya had change of card sd, for the installation of the cia because more place on the sd of 4 go with all the files to of course)

I do not arrive has to install the cia legit of monster hunter 4 eur. Download on the topic of asia 81. On the site <snip>. * (I once succeeded has to download it until 99 % and ,its what has put " failed ")

This works for me every time. I have the latest version of Ironfall (can't get the old version form the eshop but that's another problem) but this method still works.

If you're having difficulty getting FBI to work on your N3DS 10.3 then follow these steps!

STill having the freeze on done.

N3DS (reg USA) 10.3

Using menuhax

Go into CHMM2 and exit with A

Start FBI, gets to done about 85% of the time but then freezes

Any ideas?
