tbh I never really cared about themes

I know right? You rarely ever see it anyway, and yet I see people refusing to install menuhax because they lose their themes.

You can use custom themes with menuhax though, so theres no excuse.

And believe me, custom themes make a difference, even if its small
(But I do take notice because I actually like themes :v)

But thankfully, Yellows8 made it possible to install a custom theme alongside menuhax.

1. You can install other region game on other region 3DS of your .cia
2. It's risk to install on N3DS, but at your own risk!
3. You cannot update from E-Shop, so no you can't without downgrading
4. Downgrading on N3DS is dangerous for the moment

My cousin wants me to downgrade her 3DS to 9.2. KTM will be released tomorrow. Coincidence? :3

They were legit CIAs.
You need to downgrade to install any CIAs you want.

Yokai-Watch is a legit CIA that might be dumped soon. If that's the only thing you'd download for, hold off.
