He says 0 Chance to a HardBrick but a softbrick is Possible.

I remember reading from somewhere that KTM will have more checks on what your are installing and stop it if your are installing a wrong file.

Downgrade your 3ds to 9.2 or lower

It is impossible to develop a downgrading tool that has no risk of hard bricking. The only way to be safe is performing a NAND backup and being able to restore it, and the only way to do that right now is with a hardmod.
