I have cubic ninja and the sky3ds i'm able to automatically press L and power and go to the homebrew, from there can I boot rxtools without the internet browser?

I have a few questions also

- There are some black squares (5) on the RX10.3 firmware instead of games icons, can i remove them?what are they?
- I tried to rename a folder I created in the same cfw, it fails everytime.

Yes, you can set up menuhax to load rxtools automatically. This is detailed in the big rxtools tutorial thread.

The black squares are because you installed things to NAND using FBI that you shouldn't have. In FBI look at the titles installed to NAND. There should be five whose IDs begin with 04000. Delete these and the black squares should go away.

I have 2 files named 0413builder, 1 names 0417builder and 1 0430builder in the nand section of FBI aside from that nothing looks like 04000 you talked about, there is also a lot of (n/a)

Don't delete anything, I'll see if I can find the post I got my info from

Edit: I can't find the post, but, I found some other info that suggests that black squares in emuNAND could be a bug with rxtools (it doesn't install some part of the firmware properly or something). Especially if you're certain you never installed anything in NAND destination. My info only comes from reading answers to people's questions rather than experience so maybe someone with actual experience will answer if you're lucky! In the meantime you can create a folder to put them in, and put the folder on the last page on your home menu to hopefully forget about them.

That brings me to the other issue, is it normal to not be able to rename the folders? (an error has occured, please save your data...) aside from these two issues, the rest goes well, appart from the fact that i failed the menuhax thing with the qr scanning, and such. I could access the homebrew but nothing worked in it, so i reinstalled the one that worked with ninjhax, and the L button brings me to home brew, just not the one from menuhax.

The black squares seem to move about as they feel like... i put them at the very end of the menu and they reappeared back as gifts nex to my icons.

The unique ID, not the name.
Unique ID shows up at the top of the top screen.

Did you unlink your emuNAND and sysNAND? If not try that - format your sysNAND from system settings while the SD card is out of the console. If your sysNAND and emuNAND are already unlinked - that's super weird!

Can someone please link the big rxTools tutorial thread, because i sure as heck can't find it using the search function. I might be really stupid though.

I also noticed that I cant succesfully install DSIware roms in .cia file. Is it normal?
I used rxtools 2.6 to inject fbi and boot the cfw
I have not tried cakes or pasta, because i havent found a tutorial with all the files needed and ready to go

I would also like to know i you deleted an important sys nand file with fbi, does formating the system memory repair everything or should i reinstall the firmware manually, or restore a nand backup, i tried deleting a few things that i thought were the black squares... so maybe i did something wrong.

Also, is there a very easy way to convert .3ds to .cia because there are titles i can't find in .cia and the tutorials i have seen requiered some code from google that i have not found

I also noticed i cannot access the system settings anymore in my rx cfw, if i try it displays an error messages and the console reboots, so there must be an issue.
