Hi! So not sure if recently something changed about Nintendo's ban scheme but some users not got unbanned after 2 weeks including me.
My question is, is there any hope for us since downgrade is available.
Currently I am on a downgraded n3ds xl 9.2 emunand with rxtools. Now updated to 9.5 emunand just to try out this: https://gbatemp.net/threads/tutorial-how-to-access-nnid-and-eshop-on-9-5-0-23-emunand.407714/
I am trying this because when I go to miiverse it says my nnid is not linked so by any chance if I would create a new nnid maybe I could get "unbanned"?
Thanks!

The NNID has nothing to do with your ban. The only important thing for banning you is your 3DS serialcode on the back.

Edit: So no, it wont help you. Ban is ban.

So I have to print a new code? :D

Basicly then there is no point of trying to get that miiverse working right?

Lol no, hope it was a joke. The serial on the back is registred on the Nintendo server. If there is something curious, they'll ban you. e.G. Playing online without a private header.

The only thing you can do now is trying to call Nintendo and ask why you have been banned.

Edit: Yes, there is no chance to get that working.

Yesterday I sent them an email not sure if they care about emails because some company doesnt.
