Hi guys

Here is another release that I hope you enjoy.

As you can see on the screenshots this is a Sokoban clone. I already released it a few years ago for both the NDS and the Wii but this new version has some new graphics and looks way more better

You can download it from here:
Download
Also here is my blog if you want to read more about it

The game is available in 3ds, cia and 3dsx formats (and there is a Windows version too)

I am waiting for your comments below and if the game is not working could you post your current configuration like:
- console (O3ds, N3ds, 2ds)
- loading method (gateway, cia, ninjhax, CFW...)
- firmware
- other (console language, 3d on/off, hungry...)
this will make it easy for me to identify the bugs and fix them, thanks!

Very nice! Thanks for the release! Too bad it gets on the second page after one hour.

I will try this one for sure :)

It went to second page after an hour cause Homebrew Development now is General Help section.

Very nice joob @cebolleto . This game looks pretty much better then Whack Mania to me.

Awesome, love me some sokoban. This looks really good, thanks! Only thing I noticed was that the screen flickers black occasionally (cia, n3ds, 9.5 gw emunand, english, 3d on...)

Great little game, the 3D seems to cause a lot of eyestrain for me, but the game is alot of fun, and runs smoother with the 3D off anyway :)

Few hours  good joke. This could take months to do having in mind only one dev has worked on it.

The game is amazing :yay3ds:
I've only played it once but I already spent more time on it than any other hombrew game :gba:
Keep up this amazing work

Hmmm, someone already mentionend this to me... seems like a problem with ten N3DS. What exactly is the problem, the skybox disappears or the whole screen stops rendering?

I think I am gonna decrease the stereoscopic effect a little bit, in the meantime you can always adjust it with the slider on the console

Hard to see. Actually a game like this is very simple. If you take Unity it shouldn't be more than 2 weeks. But I spend a lot of time on engine features (not only for the 3ds). So it is just a continuous implementation. When a game is ready to be released I just do it :)

I guess I didn't choose a good time for releasing it, with the downgrading stuff and the bricking episodes

I prefer Whack Mania. I am working on an update now with all the feedback I received

My first contact with this game was on the Gameboy. Boxxle! :)

But I always preferred Kwirk :)

Love your homebrew man! :)

Edit : Small graphical detail. I think it would look better if you remove the stripes on the top. Instead of stripes, you can use the same bricks as there are on the walls. I think that would make it look even more professional! Or will that make the view more diffuse?

Good work. I like this more than Whack Mania. But I guess I just don't like whack-a-mole games much. :P

I also like that you release on CIA too.

The Whack Mania update is for the bug of other language console?

You should update the 360 to newest dash before RGHing it yes. But not a big deal if you don't, you can install new dash/avatar updates after. It's just easier to do it auto online before, instead manual offline after.

@BigOnYa I wanted to ask you about your experience with seeing south park. Most of the people a bit younger like my younger brother and cousins that are a few younger than me that saw kids found south park funny because of the curse words, kids at school, that seemed like liking the show on a very basic level.

I could not quite have a in depth discussion of the show.

How was it for you? As an adult. What did you find the most interesting part about it. Did you relate to the parents of the kids and their situations. Was it satires, the commentary on society. The references on celebrities' and pop culture.

I remember seeing the very first episode back in the day, and have watched every episode since. I used to set my VCR to record them even, shows how long ago.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I just like any comedies really, and cartoons have always been a favorite of mine. Family guy, American Dad, Futurama, Cleveland Show, Simpsons - I like them all.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
South Park is great cause they always touch on relavent issues going on today, and make something funny out of it.

  • S @ salazarcosplay:
@BigOnYa were you always up to date on the current events and issues of the time or were there issues that you first found out thru south park
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Most of the time yea I knew, I watch and read the news regularly, but sometimes the Hollywood BS stuff, like concerning actors slip by me. I don't follow most Hollywood BS (example: the Kardasians)

  • S @ salazarcosplay:
@BigOnYa there were relevant issues before south park was made, that's why i think a south park prequel/spinoff would be great. Randy and his friends in their child hood

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea, like them running in high school together, getting into stuff, and how they got hitched and had kids. And how the town of South Park was back then compared to now. That would be cool to see.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
    yeah
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
@salazarcosplay if they made a prequel, it would still be about current issues, cause it doesn't make sense to make it about stuff that happened 30 years ago that nobody cares about anymore
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    it's too late
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
the older south park episodes about particular issues usually age poorly since the topic is no longer relevant
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
an exception is giant douche vs turd sandwich, that's always relevant :P
