Homebrew How to install legit CIA files 9.3-10.3

hey i have an american N3ds xl (10.3) and i installed kirby triple deluxe and smash bros but they dont show up in hans

n3dsxl 10.3.0-28E, 10% chance to run FBI (Pressing L and A can help), but can`t install any CIA`s (tryed HHD, Super mario 3d land), says "summary wrong argument" (menuhax/browserhax)

Well you downloaded the wrong CIAs. Look up "Cha0s Em3rald Complete set of Legit 26 CIA"

Try to use the eject trick.

Nobody's been bricked by this. Only attempting to downgrade through this method will.

The current one is working but it has bricking chances on old 3DS and it's not stable on New 3DS.
Some people successfully did it and they have Rxtools on their New 3DS.

If you mean the ones you have on your SD, then yes.

I launched FBI for the first time and it froze at 'Reinitializing srv'.

try hitting that install option each time it brings up the error, it does that to me to sometime but after spamming the install option it eventually installs for me.

You must use a card reader, FBI does have a delete mode but it doesn't work.

It's both. For o3DS owners it's mostly not following instructions and paying attention to their actions. For n3ds, it's following instructions and getting lucky with the unoptimized code.
