ROM Hack [Request] Recommended .3DS to .CIA converter.

Hello guys! I'm looking for a easy and friendly .3DS to .CIA converter. I need a converter that have download play compatibility.

Because the .CIA you make in some converters, can't play 3DS Games in local play/download play mode.

yes, I used it. the game works fine but it doesn't work the download play mode.

I tried with MK7 and Works Fine. But Taiko no Tatsujin or Rhythm Tengoku doesn't work. Maybe because they are Japanese games?

I think DLP only works when the systems are the same as the game.

eg. if you're using a Japanese game on a Japanese system and the other person is also on a Japanese system.

The systems and game must all be of the same region.
