I'm just looking to further brick-proof the sysUpdater master branch the best I can. Not looking to fork or produce my own releases for it.
Can you reupload a working build of the new one you created? The one in your post gives me a black screen upon loading sysupdater.

I once managed to get RXTools to load the menu, but it would open anything because of "invalid Firm" or something. Same thing with gateway.
Unsure what's going on... I was running Gateway Sysnand mode and playing my "backups" earlier.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

did you use a flash card or cubic ninja?
I used menuhax and booted both as .3dsx

Gateway required the red card to boot into cfw, of course.

What's currently uploaded should work fine. You may need to try it a few times due to memchunkhax2 instability.

emuNAND Tool v1.0.3 says my emunand file size isn't valid so I can't even restore my emunand :(

Downgrade everywhere :creep:
Since december 27th (when plutoo, derrek and smea says how get kernel access) it took few days...

...to make all ppl crazy now :toot::yay3ds::gun::wacko::teach:

I love it..

Man I'm not able to land the exploit at all. All I'm getting are "Failed to get CIA File info!" ;-;

If you're using mine, I did leave a note that I had to reupload it a few posts back, so make sure you're using the latest download. I have had a success report from a tester (9.9.0-20U O3DS).

How to fix emunand? I updated to 9.5 in rxtools with sysupdater and now the emunand only shows blacks screens after setting up the home menu.

I am, but I'm not sure whether it's actually downloading a newer one. Each one I've downloaded is identical to the byte but I don't know if I downloaded the older one in the first place.

Modified 7:37... Is this the most recent one?

steveice10, just wondering. Do you think this new procedure of installing cias, and native_firm later would do any difference for when you are updating instead of downgrading?
I mean, from 6.2 to 9.2, using the homebrew version of sysupdater, instead of using the FBI injection to H&S, then install FBI cia , then sysupdater cia.
