What is the highest emuNAND I can update from 9.9?
My sysnand and Emu are separated. Sysnand is 4.2 so I know somewhat I think what I am doing lol

N3DS 9.5.0-23

Make sure the path to your python install is added to your PATH system variable, and then open a command window and type the name of the script file. Make sure to include the ".py".

So for the firmware download/build script it would be "cdn_firm.py"

has anybody else gotten the error "failed to load NATIVE_FIRM: 5" on n3ds 9.2U? i've set up rxtools before on an O3ds, but never had any problems, so i'm not sure how to go about even trouble shooting this.

aaaaaand now it's the native firm: 4 error. still don't know what's up. i'm assuming it's something to do with the firmware.bin file i have, but i've tried several of them(and tried a few different names mentioned in various threads/guides)

N3DS or Old?

If Old then you should be able to update just fine via system settings. Make sure you dont have it blocked with something like TubeHax.

If N3DS, then you need to download the 9.5.0-23 update cia package from that iso site, then download sysupdater 0.4.1 (not 0.4.2 as its a beta-ish thing for the new downgrade stuff). Put the cia files from the update package in a folder called "updates" on the root of your sd card, then install the sysupdater cia file and run it.

Then its probably an issue with your Python install. Go ahead and make sure you got 2.7 and try the script again.

I have an o3ds and didnt ever used tubehax. I tried it with mobile data from my phonr but the error will be come back
