Spam it. Well just pressing it once should work.

did you use ironhax?

- System: O3DS
- Sysnand: 9.9.U
- Booted HBL with: MenuHax v2.1
- Homebrew Version: Original Smea

For those who are disheartened:

First: learn some patience, make sure you've followed the instructions to the letter.

Secondly, don't complain about lack of help in a thread relating to an exploit of questionable safety, which is being used entirely at your own risk in the hope you will be able to install pirated software on your console. If you can get it to work, good job, If you can't, check the reports from people that have got it to work, and see how your console differs.

Finally, someone up above said it only works 1% of the time, that's entirely untrue based on reports from those who have used it successfully, I would estimate 10% being closer to the truth, if you've tried 100s of times (which would take hours FWIW), then you probably did something wrong, or if you've passed "Done" and got to the installer menu, your cia is bad or you don't have enough room on your card.

I'm guessing most of the people bitching never went through the old MSET Palantine PBT installation process, now that was frustrating!

Hey i've gotten a little bit closer after booting up blargSNES and playing a game, then going back and booting up FBI. I actually get to DONE now but it freezes there so try that guys

I got an idea. It worked for me, so I want you all to try it.

1 - Boot into HBL.
2 - Boot ftbrony / FTP-3DS if you're anti-brony / some other homebrew if you're anti-FTP. I used ftbrony.
3 - Close it by pressing B twice.
4 - Go into it again.
5 - Exit again by doing the return-to-hbl combination (L + R + Down + B, iirc)
6 - Go into FBI

Is anyone else having trouble using Old3DS to get this to work? I'm using Menuhax 2.1 on 3DS version 10.3(.0-28U) and haven't once gotten "Done." without it being glitched / let me press the "A" button, and I'm assuming if it shows "Cleaning up..." and you can press A, it booted up wrong.

Just boot it up. You can't reinstall it from the eShop.
