I can confirm it didn't for me, downgraded a 3DS XL twice from 9.2 to 4.2

I never got the reason to go from 9.2 to 4.x . Unless you're trying to move stuff to sysnand from emunand.

ok well I know Legit CIA's Do indeed install prfect on my old 3DS 10.3 now that is wicked but this whole downgrading thing seems to open more on 9.2.. but this site has no set in tutorial nothing .. so wait im guessing ?
