ROM Hack Pokemon ORAS File location help

I seriously don't know where the Pokemon Sprite Icons are located, and where the cries are. Can someone help me? I want to edit the Icons and cries.

By Sprite Icon I mean this.

I didn't found cries XD if I can find crie I can finish my mega shadow ho-oh on my romhack XD for sprite keep searching and decompile garc

Tbh I'm not even sure if its the cries. But can you tell me where the location the sprites are? I apparently can't find it in the link, I'm probably just skipping it over tho.
