I wouldn't do it just yet, unless you have a hardmod and a NAND backup.

Um I looked at the blog post but it says that it still can't downgrade.

A hardmod is a modification on the 3DS's hardware to be able to dump the NAND (internal memory)

That's funny, because I loaded up browserhax just fine. Used it to install menuhax.
