So apparently there's a new browser exploit soon to be released and Mr.Bean successfully ported Gecko dotNet over to the Wii U which has been used to make most Gecko cheat codes.

Since TCP implies network, this will work without a cable or device of some sort.

This is exciting!

What do you think about it?

It doesn't work that well currently. It'll probably be revised a lot because it's terribly untested and a lot of stuff breaks or doesn't exist. Basically you escalate privileges with a kernel exploit, inject a codehandler to run while a game is playing which creates a mini server that the TCPGecko PC program can connect to through your router.

That looks interesting, even if it's still "not that well".
I'm waiting for the next video.

You said on youtube it will works on all browser version, should we update to latest WiiU version of keep the old one?
I'm still on 4.x

Well, until we for sure get a new Webkit exploit made, if you're that low I'd just suggest staying there.

I'm so eager for this! Can't wait for the required exploit to be finally released. I wonder what the code types will look like (since the greater memory range won't allow us to use the first byte of the address do define the code type. Additional line above the actual code?)..

MrBean35000vr said in a comment that he might use the existing codetypes but change them slightly (to work with the new memory ranges probably).
