Old 3DS, and i didn't start ANY word with a capital other than the opening one

Nope, on O3DS with kernel some games runs okay-perfect.

If you're on <9.3 you can use VC rom injections

Without kernel, only the n3DS has fullspeed emulation, using the gpSP Retroarch core.

For cfw we have semi-perfect emulation for gba for both the n3ds and the o3ds. For 9.2> only on n3ds we have decent gba emulation. On o3ds is almost unplayable for everygame

Yeah. You can inject ROMs on the Ambassador GBA games.

It really depends on the game, but in general

n3ds cia is full speed, and the 3dsx builds are very close with retroarch's gpsp core

o3ds cia can work for some games, some run well while others do not

o3ds 3dsx barely is even playable; however mgba is getting better.

Edit: of course ambassador and injected games are full speed because they run natively

You can also install GBA games as Cia with the AGB_Firm and play the games at full speed.

Ahh, that's the title! In titles capitalization is supposed to be use on the beginning of every word; that's different. If you do a Google search on ANYTHING every word in the title of the webpage that it shows you is capitalized. So yes. I am using capitalization correct.

Shut off? Sure, but closing the lid won't enter the low battery using sleep mode.

Userland blocks a ton of the power of o3DS and a small amount of the power of n3DS, so when we have kernel and the emulators develop a bit, full speed emulators on o3DS will exist and work well.

I've seen Ambassador injected ROMs patched for sleep mode on the ISO site that do put your 3DS into sleep mode, so it's not impossible. But yeah, the regular Ambassador games certainly don't support it.
