Homebrew What can a 3ds v9.2 do?

So with the recent downgrade hype, I think I will probably downgrade to 9.2. But.... The first time it around it was too late So now with downgrading so close, what can a 9.2 3ds do? I am completely oblivious to what it can do with kernel access but I know it can: install unsigned cias, put stuff on home menu, pirate games, run emunand and CFW. What else can be done on this firmware? And how does one get the files to downgrade Would you not need a previous backup to downgrade?
