Hacking Noob having errors while installing cias

O3DS rxtools emunand 10.3.028U - 32GB sdhc card Im getting this error whil installing some cias.. Using FBI v1.3.8 I succeded installing kirby triple deluxe, Majoras mask and others.
(This time installing PKMN Super mystery dungeon US get this, also big blue menu or another game)

did a search on this error the results are bad SD / no name sd card / fake causing issue or bad cias

Find another file, maybe yours is bad.
