I have 1gb memory card. I know you suggest me to buy 2gb or more, but I need save money for Christmas or wait until I get my tax refund from my work.

I am playing FF7 on my PSP. I tried both discs ( Disc 1 and Disc 2) and problem is...Well you know where this is going to.

If anyone who have PSP and willing to do for me to change disc to 2 or 3, then I will be happy for that.
Right now I am still in Disc 1 and didn't see anything to get change the disc.

I will let you know when it happen. And I will send you message for save data.

I don't understand the question here. Can you be just a little bit clearer on what exactly you want done? If you just want to switch from disc 1 to disc 2, use the Home button...

Ok, I understand you use 1gb mc, I will help you:
Use the PSX2PSP, you need the empty file of disc1(about less 3mb) for the eboot. If not, you can't play the disc2 or disc3... download this file on below and you may continue the game...

I suggest Sony Memory Card "Magic Gate" is very good. 32gb is very satisfied... 16gb and 8gb isn't enough and you'll suffering...

if you want to disc swap its easy.

make sure you have the games for disc 1 and disc 2 on psp

when it asks to swap you hit the psp button and select the swap disks option.

if you dont have enough space you may be able to swap files on card on the fly. but at least when its swaped you can delete original

But more expensive, I use Photofast for few years without any problems. Also Photofast could hold up to 256 gb (2x 128gb)

yeah as someone whos owned a psp from the phat ages and pandora unbricking i can recommend photofast.

magicgate was only to confirm legit cards because of all the fakes at time.

also the speeds you get from class 10 micro sd's + the cost for size outweigh the old sony cards

I know how to disc swap, but problem is memory space for 1gb that I have is not enough space for two discs in it.

I do have PSX2PSP with me. How can I do that for empty file for disc1?

I know how to do that. I did play Tales of Destiny 2 and I see number of disc to change.

You mean that download you told me to? I know how to use disc 2 or more to add it. But that disc1 is 3mb. How did you do that?

you need that disc1 3mb file to make your psp detect the disc is compatible to disc 2 and disc 3.if the screen goes blank, just press the home button and change the disc file to load your game.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

that disc1 i upload is a dummy file. consider very useful in forward times...

of course you can't. that files is to let your psp detect the region code of the game. just load and play the disc 2 or disc 3 once your reach there...
