Bank error in your favour, collect $200

Don't listen to a single dumbass moral tard. If they got a second xbox one they'd be shitting their pants and thinking about what to do with it.

It's their fault and there's not a whole lot they could do except ask nicely to give it back, but you wouldn't even legally have to i'm quite sure.
Give it to a friend or sell it or somethin'. It's yours.

Honestly just keep it, it isn't like finding a wallet or a phone in the street that actual belongs to some unlucky person this is a different situation entirely. Sit on the xbox for a month or two and then do what you like with it. If they haven't contacted you about it in a month they never will.

Coincidentally enough I found a womans handbag and purse with money in it last night and I am in the process of returning it to her, she is picking it up from me in a couple of hours in fact. I didn't take a penny from her purse and nor would I dream to, but if I got an extra Xbox in the post like you did I would keep it 100%.

I ordered an Xbox one with an extra controller and two games on black Friday. I received it a few days ago... and then I received it again today. I looked it up. It's the same transaction number, they just both came from different warehouses and they did not charge me twice so it was a glitch in their system. So my questions is... what would you do in my situation? I feel like I won the lottery and could just keep it and sell it for profit. But I don't know if they will eventually realized their error and I also feel kind of bad doing that. But it would also be tough to just give it back. I don't know what to do and am wondering if anything like this has ever happened to you. Please, give me some insight!
I doubt they'll bother you even if they notice. Just enjoy how lucky you were!

I would email them and explain the situation. Either you'll get to keep it, or they'll send a return thingy to you, so that you won't have to pay shipping to return it. If you're lucky, you'll get some $$ for the trouble, or get to keep it with a clean conscious.

But that's what I would do.

This reminds me that I still have a sealed copy of Kirby Triple Deluxe which I got a double of just like you. Couldn't be bothered to return it or sell it tbh (or even gift it, dunno anyone irl who even has a 3DS), so it's just there sitting...
In your position I would totally keep it and either sell it or gift it.

Well, hello there fellow Swede ;)

Last year, I bought 1 super smash bros for the 3ds. I got another copy of this game. The other game gave it for my girlfriend on christmas :) if you don't need the other xbox, ask some friends about it if they want a xbox :)

It really just depends on you. If you think your conscience will eat you up, then just return it ASAP. You'll feel good later. If it won't bother you at all, then keep it. Give it to someone on Christmas as a gift. hahaha.

Although morally speaking it is wrong, if it happened to me, I'd keep it for a month and if they didn't claim then I'd just sell it off. I for example was planning on picking up an Amazon voucher I ordered but even though I cancelled, Amazon still sent me one free of charge so while this comparison isn't in the same level nor value the point is, if you've received it without additional fees it's yours. Probably.

He is kind.

OP, do you have anyone you would want to play games with? Maybe give it to them as a Christmas gift? Because honestly there is almost no use for another system right?

under US law its yours to keep as a gift. I make my living on eBay and order mistakes are not uncommon.

At my old house I used to get a lot of wrong orders for some reason. I once found a BMX bike on my doorstep from actionvillage.com (I had bought paintball stuff from them years prior when I was doing that). I sold it on craigslist :]
