How do I delete badges made with using this app?
you delete the PNGs of the badges you want to delete. and use GYTB to import the PNGs (minus the ones you deleted of course)back in. this overwrites all previous badges so the ones you deleted are gone.

What do they look like on the top screen? The whole picture, ala "mega badges" from the arcade. or just that 64x64 portion?
just a 64x64 portion. it just cuts up a bigger picture into x smaller ones. the same way official big badges work.

The face boots the mii maker. How do you manage to do that? All of the icons are .png's. Also, can you boot any app, not just system apps? I want a trash can to boot smash 4.

There are default badges that can launch system apps (nothing else, just system stuff, sorry), this is just using that functionality. But to make a launcher badge, just add a title ID to the end of a badge image (Lenny.00021700.png for example). You can refer to this 3dbrew wiki page for the ID you want.

Thanks ill have the trash can be something else then.

When I boot -> MenuHax -> CTRBM -> HBL -> works fine
When I emunand -> ninjhax/Yellows8 HBL .cia -> HBL -> Yellow screen

Not sure what i'm doing wrong...
I'm trying to use this on emunand, and I can't even get into the HBL, the bottom screen just keeps flashing red.

EDIT: Never mind, I'm an idiot who forgot that my boot.3dsx is currently Cakes, and not the HBL. Of course it's not going to work. :P

I've imported a 256x256 image and this happens
294430-img.png
(An empty space)
Could it be happening due to a totally empty 64x64 block? or is there another reason?

I don't think its because of your badge. i have an empty spot early on myself.if it was because of completely empty 64x64 spot then it'd still be draggable and have a crown icon.

Yeah, occasionally there's little blank spaces where there's no badge there. A little odd but okay.

Nintendo Arcade badges will now no longer be deleted. Category and layout information will still be lost, as always. I also ask that you continue to create custom badges and do not distribute the official ones.

what about if i already have 1000 badge? i did run the app and it did nothing. Maybe because theres no space?
also the build before, i did the patch and like out of 60 badge that i have on the folder only like 25 install. Why?

Tried to run GYTB. System menu 9.9U, Ironhax 2.5. It said it was creating the extdata folder, then checking for existing Badge Arcade data, then gave some "I AM NOT ENOUGH" error and some code that I didn't have time to read because the app reboots after a few seconds later. I don't have Badge Arcade since I'm not even on a high enough firmware. Do I have to set up a folder on my SD card beforehand, or can anyone explain what to do here?

on the app folder on your 3ds call GYTB create a folder name badges or copy the one include on the zip file and put your badges there.

Yeah, it's there. I copied the whole folder from the Dropbox download, including the subfolder and the badges that were already in there.
