Can someone help me please? I'm trying to decrypt and extract the Smash Bros EUR 1.1.3 update cia and failing spectacularly at every step of the way. So far I've attempted to use Decrypt9 and while it claims to have successfully decrypted the .cia, there's absolutely no indication of it. No new .cia files have been generated anywhere on the SD card, so I assumed it simply replaces the original .cia by putting the decrypted .cia into the same location with the exact same file name. A quick check shows that the MD5 of the .cia has changed
BUT its file size is identical to before, right down to the byte. Not sure if that's right. Attempting to open it up in hacktoolkit.exe causes several lines of text to flash by (they say things like "not recognized as internal or external command" and "Could not find .../DecryptedPartitionX.bin") before returning to the main menu. It doesn't seem to have generated any DecryptedX.bin files anywhere.
Attempting to extract using ctrtool does generate some files, but throws up several "invalid keys" error and none of the files appear to be decrypted.
Am I making a mistake at the Decrypt9 step, or is the problem with hacktoolkit.exe? Really confused here.
EDIT:
I'm running Windows 10, apparently that breaks some things 3DS homebrew-related. Could this be the reason why?
