Hacking HELP 3DS won't boot in gateway mode

Today for the first time I insert blue gateway card in my 3ds to try some ds games and it worked, but when I return red gateway card and tried to boot gateway mode nothing happened. When I go to Profile-> Nintendo ds profile to boot into gateway mode nothing happen, it just open profile settings and not gateway. Hope someone can help me how to fix this. Thanks.
