Homebrew very quick question on oothax

okay, quick question on oothax.
I have a JAP n3DS, 9.9.0-26J and have homemenuhax installed.

can I get oothax by downloading it off the eShop and installing it using themehax? a quick, straight to the point answer would be appreciated, thanks! (also, would you be able to update to 10.2?)

I believe so. I installed hax 2.5 on my eshop Oot3D using themehax. American 3ds though.
