Don't mean to butt in, just want to confirm something like how he is trying to say. I have o3dsxl 4.2 sysnand and rxtools emunand 10.1. Because my emunand is past 9.2 then ntr will not work with say japanese game updates and dlc right? Was curious about using ntr. Are there any alternitaves to ntr?

ntr 3.0 needs emunand 9.x+ to work, systemnand needs to be 9.2 or less to use any cfw

download the regular one, not the mode3 and also did you put ntr.bin in the root of your SD card?

No. We are testing to place his EmuNand at 9.0 to see if NTR will boot.

Yeah it doesn't work on gateway 9.5 emunand with either the regular or mode 3 boot cia. Is there no workaround to fix this? There was a tools batch file which apparently read the pidf.dmp file, however mines always blank.

I don't know why that user is saying that 9.5 emunand is not supported and you have to downgrade emunand.
I'm running it just fine on my N3DS 9.0 SYS, 9.5 EMU.
Make sure you have the latest CIA of ntr and the latest ntr.bin in your microsd root.
I had that error too once, i simply tried again and it booted fine.
Long story short, it works flawlessy in 9.5 emunand

Just as the error states, your firmware on your N3DS isn't supported.

EmuNand needs to be lowered on version. 9.2 or further.

I don't know how to do that. It may brick your EmuNand, so have a backup ready in case you break it. From what I'm reading here, you need to format your EmuNand to restore it to your SysNand Ver. So, you'll go from 9.5 to 9.0

How I could write with diacritics marks in plugins (I am edit this with Notepad++)? For example, I try translate Menu NTR in NTR.bin (open this with Notepad++), but if I write "Menú" instead "Menu", in spite of that I take into account the spaces, it not work... I edited other plg files and I write symbols as the arrow when I wrote "¡ú" (→) but I do not know the correct code for diacritic marks (á é í ó ú).

Well I meant to implement that in my posts. So, that's my bad. I was trying to bump their firm down to see if it worked.

it might be update to support the newest emunand, but I doubt it will change or add any hotkeys even if requested one million times

I'm trying to run it with Gateway's emuNAND 9.5 which doesn't work. I have other cia files installed though, wouldn't data management clear everything?
