I've converted US using FW spoof and the latest version of the program on my aus system no problems. try to dump your game again and make sure it's not trimmed?

"Added zero-key encrypted ROM support, no xorpad required"

so we dont need to use the 3ds in the process to convert a .3ds to .cia anymore then it can all be done on the PC?

From my experience/knowledge, it seems impossible... but if he says so, then it is most likely truthful. That's how it sounds.

yes just convert it back to .3ds then back to .cia just remember they wont be legit .cia's anymore after u do this

Yea the thing about legit .cia's is that they will boot and run in sysNAND without need of sig patches

Just wondering but if i wanted to FW spoof on my n3ds do i need to find newer values for games that require fw >9.6 or do i just use the default value of "2E02"?

Asked it because on the few tutos I saw for converting a rom to cia, a 4.0-4.5 3DS was required. But I tried it and it worked like a charm with latest rxtools

This app is no more simple than the other methods. You cannot obtain xorpad files from .3ds files. Also, it seems that RxTools no longer works. I never altered my files, and it no longer boot properly. "ERROR Occurred.". So, this app doesn't even help. If you already own the game, just slap it into the system and play it.

I'd also like to state this app is crazy faulty. Doesn't create the needed .bin files. Didn't convert to .cia. It only duplicated my ROM without it's save file.
Now it won't even see my .xorpad files. So, we need to fix this.

Works great for me.

I just finished using it to create 1340 .CIAs from the entire current ADVANsCEne .3DS Database and all 651 eShops from the No-Intro .3DS list.

No problems at all!!!!

Needless to say, I think it's better off we leave these ".xorpad" files out of it. It only takes up space if used for multiple games, it's confusing, and a real simple .3ds to .cia cia converter should be made with the adjective to it's name " simple ". It's duplicating my ROMS as I speak and it's not able to be closed, my anti-virus is going nuts on this app. I'll seek elsewhere so I don't wind up needing to wipe my hard drive.

Your PC is messed up and anti-virus blocking app's processes. That's the reason it doesn't work properly for you.
