Add a xml similar to eshop.xml in the 3ds folder, but changing it to show ctgp-7 icon.

this are separeted commands, are you putting them in one line? Each ctrtool should be in a new line.

Hans doesn't dump files.

That is where you put your new files, that you either make yourself or get elsewhere

No it goes in the hans folder that is on the root of your SD card

Sorry for asking so many newb questions so just to be clear i create a folder called hans and put it in the root of the sd card then i put the romsfs in there to play my mod
