It's not SF, it's FS.

FS stands for File System.

You need to get your hands on a decrypted 3ds rom. Then, you need to extract the RomFS using a program which allows you to do that.

it seems smeas gonna release a dumper of sort because its praiteing if you don't dump it yourself and smeas does not like it we can rip the save of the gamecards and their stored in same chip as rom on the pokemon games so it should be possible to dump it
