Do you have pre load titles in the settings disabled?

I @mashers New beta for me loads fine then whenever I select anything it crashes and I need to switch off then back on again only happened when I switched to single row mode. Edit so I fixed this by deleting my config file let's see what happens when I go back to single rows. Edit 2 yep switched back to single row and it worked fine until I switched off the 3ds and switched back on and same problem happened again. Edit 3 just worked out this only happens when I select any of my themes but works fine every time with the default theme. Final edit turned off pre load titles and single row mode works great with my themes. Strange how the default theme work with pre load on but nothing else does lol

2.Sleep mode working on the launcher.
3.Returning to the launcher after launching a game by pressing L R Down and B
4. eshop spoofing using the new app hans
Everything! it seems most changes were done to the payloads and not the launcher itself.

Hans is working! I don't know how to do the shorcuts yet. When you select hans it get's you to the select title And then you can select your options and launch the game or app. It works. I just downloaded the satrter kit and did not replace the boot.3dsx. And then reinstall themehax and it's working.

Shortcuts is done through XML files in the 3ds directory it seems. Check the original HB Menu GitHub.

I'm really confused on how it works with this? Isn't smea's new 2.5 boot3ds what allows all these features to be activated? So wouldn't mashers have to incorporate 2.5 into his boot3ds?

Just reinstall your hax with the new payload and put masher's boot.3dsx again. It will work. the new features come with the payloads not the boot.3dsx

True, it would be much easier to just run the eShop straight from the HBL instead of having to use hans

If you use HANS to run eshop, it spoofs sucessfully with this launcher.

The eshop app does not appear on the homemenu because its not in a folder like a normal app.
