Don't forget maxing out CPU clock speed in games on N3DS!

Was this actually confirmed? I thought that required it a kernel hack to have old games use the New 3DS's enhanced clock speeds and that Ninjhax would still be in userland. I updated to 10.2 because the only homebrew thing I really want is the ability to play my old games with the enhanced clock speeds. Metal Gear, Resident Evil, Pokemon, and more without framerate drops is what I want. If this is actually possible on 10.2 I am very excited!

2.5 Features
1.e-shop spoofing.
2.Romhacks.
3.Screenshots in games.
4.Changing the language games if they have more than one language included.
5.Sleep mode fixed without workaround on homebrew.
6.Home button works on region free games.
7.Exit from a game straight to the hb launcher.
8.New services to control the lcd backlight and other cool stuff.
9. ( I missed one of my favorites xD) maxing out CPU clock speed in games on N3DS!.
Did I missed any?
- RAM increment on both O3DS and N3DS.
- DSP management.
- Not official by Smealum: 3DS dump cartridge possibility.

My console fm is 10.2 (old 3ds), would the 2.5 hax payloads works on it ? I don't have Ninjahax, only ironhax 1.1 and oot3ds
Possibly yes with those Hax you named (because actually payloads for FW10.1 works on 10.2)... However, wait for news!

Edit: But also I remember Smealum says that eShop spoofer won't work on latest FW!

Maybe he'll include a payload for browserhax you could use because he said it would be possible but it's not confirmed.

someone else with any of the haxes working should be able to install oothax on your game. maybe you'll be able to find someone reputable on the forum to send your game to
