He was talking about that on #3dsdev last night, I believe the idea is that *hax 2.5 (or his own program?) will be able to dump the exefs code out using gspwn and the level 3 romFS to the SD card, so with both you can launch the game out of Citra without needing 9.2 to get a full, actual image and then decrypting.
First wondered who the fuck was this smart ass by sawing your profil pic then red your username and saw that was you shiny xD

For one, you're going to need a 3DS with 9.2 firmware or below to actually dump the games you want to play. Dump the cartridges as explained here.
Note: If you don't have a 3DS with firmware 9.2 or below, sit tight because neobrain is working on a homebrew app that at the time of writing works on the current firmware.

All you need to do is grab this 7z file for the citra binaries and download and install the MSVCR2015 runtime.

Download 7zip if you haven't already and extract the .7z file (there are many, many tutorials out there so I won't bother explaining.)

Go to where you've extracted the files, and run citra-qt.exe. File -> Load File and browse to the decrypted 3DS file you dumped earlier and it should start running the game.

decrypted?

There are no log,the screen is white, and when I choose the .3ds,its shut-down the emulator.

Assuming you've got the latest build from http://citra-emu.org/ for linux and extracted the files..

Make sure you've marked the citra/citra-qt binaries as executable and try running them via a command line. There should be a log and if there isn't, you're doing it wrong. Copy that log you get and pastebin.com it.

Anyone have a compiled version of 3dsfuse? I'm trying to run Rune Factory 4 and work but without text, I read somewhere that is necessary the Config Savegame of the 3DS.

Is this project still being worked on? And does it run encrypted roms?
I'm wondering the same thing... Is there a working 3DS emulator availble?
Seriously guys... if you had read the last 10 or so pages you would not have to ask this..
