Not really. He doesn't have to do anything... It's a userland hack.
Sure it is, although i think he already got 9.2+ kernel access (and many people think the same). I thinks he is doing a ten times harder work trying to implement some functions in userland that shuold be A LOT easier to obtain with a kernel hack.
It's a good idea to do that if you don't want to get sued.

I'm not really interested in piracy, i always buy games i want to play, i'm just interested in seeing the full capability of my consoles really used. Like what happened with the PSP. In addition, i can't really understand this wave of "sin-free" hackers, that want to avoid piracy at all cost...i could just buy a sky3ds if i want piracy.
