When I boot DSGAME, is there a way I can make it start from the folder with my DS games instead of the root of the card?

Mine does that by default; I have my games in a folder called Games in the root of my SD Card. Is yours called something different, or is it inside another folder? Do you have any .nds files in the root?

Had it named DS. Seemed appropriate. Never seen it specified as anything else.

Moonshell doesn't launch DS games.

I believe he means it boots to the folder of the last game you launched.
I have about 270 games on my DSTwo's SD, and it always brings me to the folder I launched a game from last.
I keep multiple roms in single folders, since I have a lot of them.

I keep all my games like this

There aren't any special settings I've set, this is it's default behavior.

Yeah mine defaults to the ds folder too, but mines without multiple folders for ds games, all go in one folder I have around 500 on mine and it's not a problem scrolling through them fast. What's that disabledplug folder for on your sd @CheatFreak47 for

Plugins I have on there but rarely use- I don't wanna lose them in case they ever disappear from the face of the internet.
And actually, there is a limit on the number of games that can be listed in a folder. I believe it is around 250.
So if you do have all of your games in one folder, you wouldn't be able to see all of them.

I've never noticed that to be honest but will have a look not sure what games it won't include then because the games go right through the a-z. Maybe all the last games I added to the card I'm not sure

Yeah I've just checked I've the grid layout for ds games and its in rows of 4 with 59 rows. I never noticed that. So it shows for me 235 games cause one icon is to go back to previous menu. I'll have to do 2 different folders. Thanks for the info.
