ROM Hack 3DS Ambassdor GBA .sav files encryption

I am playing GBA games on my 3DS using the injection methode , been playing mmbn5 and want to get bass cross and the only way for this is an e-reader gameshark code , so I wanted to transfer the battery into VBA , insert the code and then transfer it back , but I read in another topic that the .sav file is encrypted and not like the normal .sav file , so any solutions ??

As far as i'm aware you can't do this yet but you could use MGBA or gPSP from retroarch and import your save file.
