I was thinking the same thing. The big thing 9.2 users claim to want is unsigned CIA support and kernel access. Certainly he wouldn't allow that in hax 2.5?

Honestly just CFW/emuNAND would be fine for me. Even if there's still no piracy or whatever. I just want to install CIA format homebrew.
