so, for now, themehax and browserhax are dead on 10.2 ninj/iron/oot3dhax are fine using 10.1 payloads on 10.2 10.2 payloads will come w/ 2.5

Payloads are basically what loads the boot.3dsx file, along with the offsets for your firmware version.

AKA Nothing you need to worry about.
