Homebrew 10.2.0-28 is now available

Are we at that point where all future 3DS updates will be for "stability" improvements? I think that's what the last five or so updates have been.

What about the multi-rom menu, though? That's the big thing most GW users care about, after the question of "does it work?".

Since Gateway works fine on 10.2 emuNAND with O3DS, I would guess yes (no if you're on N3DS, we're still stuck on 9.5). If you're worried about it, use an emuNAND tool to backup your emuNAND before trying, then you can just update it.
