sorry to be the 1000000th person to ask...but

as of this date how is the psx cia ver speed on N3ds?
If you're not interested in testing things out and reporting back bugs and feedback, I'd recommend you wait for a stable release. These are nightlies, essentially alpha builds. Mainly for bug testing to try to help out the developers. When they have something ready for an end user to enjoy, they'll release it as a stable build.

i was only curious on ps1 emu because i still find it hard to believe that a 3ds is playing playing ps1 games:blink:
i prefer nightlies

If you're have vsync issues then you're not using the latest build.
I downloaded all the 3dsx from your post of the latest 10/11 builds I deleted my config and it made a new one and I think the problem was solved, is it okay to use custom fullscreen index?

Using Oct.11 build on a 9.9 N3DS here. For some reason Star Ocean (with the Dejap translation patch) runs much better using CatSFC Plus than CatSFC. It's not perfect as it will still occasionally slow down upon loading/saving or during battles and I got a seemingly random lock-up after the sound went out during a dialogue scene, but it is really unplayable with CatSFC.

I only see 10/10 as the latest build. How are you using 10/11 if I don't even see it? Yes, I'm looking at the top of the page.
