(new3DS 9.5emunand cia)Is it just me or savestate on CatSFC PLUS is broken ? (game (DKC1) freezes upon load state after 1sec)
switched to CatSFC core :( (gf wanted to play DKC with savestate)

(I'm using cia like I said)

Looks like my GF is a good beta tester lol :
on cia new 3DS, if you turn off the lower screen in Retro Arch, and then press Home, the lower screen is still black instead of showing the 3DS icons

I wasn't talking to you and we know that.

What? How on earth were we supposed to know that?

You did not directly quote the person you were responding to, so we naturally assume that you are responding to the post prior to yours.

Quite an oddly condescending and arrogant display there, dude.

I wasn't responding to anyone. That's the point. **facepalm**
I was just pointing out the newest 3dsx builds are broken.... As I just tested them.
If I was replying to someone, I would've quoted them. Like I always do. So you assumed wrong.

*Sigh* No matter which core or ROM I choose, I still get this:

RetroArch
:: --menu was used, but content file was passed as well.
RetroArch
:: Fatal error received in: "parse_input()"

I'm running ninjhax 2.1 on 10.1E with an n3DS.

I've tried deleting the two .cfg files in the RetroArch directory but it made no difference.

Any help? I've got stuff I need to do today but I can't let this beat me!

The latest 3dsx is broken. The post right above yours says that... Use the build from the 10th for now.

Here's a little quick tip that might be useful:
In my 3ds folder I made another folder called Archived, before I update any .3dsx packages I move their respective older versions into the Archived folder before replacing them with the new ones. That way the older versions don't show up in the Homebrew Launcher menu and if the new versions are broken I can easily roll back to the immediate previous version. This is quite useful for nightlies or beta software where you never know what could happen with newer builds.

That seems like a waste of space.

It depends on your circumstances I guess. The point of the nightly server is to be able to easily access older versions of Retroarch whenever you need them. So in that sense, it's relatively easy to just redownload them and copy them over again using FTP.

On the other hand, I often test builds on my train to work so I do keep backup .cia files on my card just in case. I have a 64GB card though so space isn't a concern.
