Homebrew [QUESTION] Launch ALREADY INSTALLED APPS from hbm?

I was wondering if someone could make a program to launch system apps from HBM.
I know we can select targets because of the Save manager app, and I know we can launch games with the region free launcher.
So, I was wondering if it would be possible to select apps like in save manager, and then boot them.
This would make it so I would never have to leave HBM.

Mashers is really active adding features and fixing bugs daily. From the latest build now there is a new icon on the bottom left corner of the bottom screen to launch the titles installed.
