Support for sysnand has been dropped. You have to run them in emunand.
Can I ask why that's the case? If it's a brick risk that applies to any CIA installation on SysNAND. Not everybody wants to bother with setting up an EmuNAND and if something behaves properly on EmuNAND shouldn't it function on SysNAND, not the other way around? It seems like isolating an entire subset of users simply for the sake of "eh, don' feel like debugging it". :(
I know you're not a dev but you follow the thread closely. Did they ever specify as reason as to why?

You said it.

How do i run it in emunand? I am on ninjahax 1.1b pasta? Thanks

Does the issue only occur when testing "Pokémon Liquid Crystal", "RandomEmerald", and "RandomFireRed"?

These appear to be homebrew/ROMhacks, which might have issues on certain emulators.
For my liquid crystal I had to patch it with another rip of firered to get it to work

Maybe he is using the Unofficial gpsp core,I saw him on that thread.
Download the newest version from the link in OP of this thread.

Sorry but i dont have emunand i boot directly on sysnand i am not on gateway . How do i make emunand ?

Hold on, I thought that when you install a .CIA program, you install to the SD card, making it so there is zero risk of bricking your system. I mean, worst case scenario, you just take out the SD card. How did it get to where it was a brick risk on SysNAND?

Depends on how/where you're installing. He said the build just broke on sysnand and it's a good thing because you shouldn't be installing to sysnand.

Not even if you are using pasta, I hat my emulators working in pasta on the system nand on my new 3ds xl 9.0 bUT then I keep getting the null error for one reason or another. I would much rather be able to but it on my sysnand with pasta using cias then 3dsx

Reading through these comments, I don't know how teampleb hasn't gone off on somebody; some of these people are just so dense, you have the patience of a saint.

This is normal to me at this point.
These people just want to get the stuff working and if something goes wrong, they either come crying or subtly blame the developer (or in my case, uploader).
I do understand their pain but at least attempt Google.

The worse people are the guys who make extremely unreasonable requests. (On the lines of English patch plz or making a big deal of not having certain this or that)

Only thing you can really do is ignore.

I have played loads of games on pce fast and the controls are perfect for me so i have no idea what is causing your problem. What games have you tried? ?
it's really weird though, it's the only RA core I get that with other work fine.
well I tried like 10 games, gunhead, valkyrie, star soldier, devil crash, magical chase etc

using october 4th cias, on 9.5 enunand new3DS

Edit : just tried the .3dsx version...works fine o_O

Edit2: cia works fine too : that was me pressing the ZL button and setting the 6button mode on... (setting was carried from game to game though)

Wow, I tested the 05/10 build today and was able to record SNES keystrokes in bsv-format (great to create Video-replays?) :D
Unfortunately the FPS drops down from 59fps to 25fps while record the videos.

Other thing I love is that I'm able to run SNES, GBA and PSX Games with much higher FPS while using "Fast Forward toggle".
It would be awesome to add a function to run PSX Games with Fast Forward toggle and limitate the FPS to 60fps for a better and smoother performance.
Sometimes, the FPS goes to 80+fps while playing FFIX with "Fast Forward" using my N3DS 9.0 with PastaCFW + PCSX-Cia.

Not my choice.
