Hacking [question] PS1 games on 3.30 firmware.

Hi all, noob here. Wondering if somebody could point me to a really simple tutorial to get a vita on 3.30 to play PS1 games? Thank you

Also from my limited reading abilities, it looks like 3.18 is best for PS1 games. Is there a list of serial numbers I can look at if I were to buy a brand new console to try and get one on 3.18?

The VTE-1001 S1 comes with 3.35 and the VTE-1001 F1 comes with 3.20

I just mean that I have seen that firmware mentioned as being good for PS1 games. There are loads of terms being thrown around here and on the wider web that I don't really understand. The sticky has a list of games and firmwares but doesn't say how you are supposed to get them or what you are supposed to do with them when you do get them. Hence asking for a link to a tutorial, because I am having trouble finding one.
