Yes, it does display 60 sometimes but that's incorrect when vsync is on.
On another note, I noticed you can change settings and the audio doesn't have a bunch of static. :)

Tried again, now it gave me a normal framerate. Sound is not bothersome but i'll tinker with the options later. Thanks :)

Also, out of curiosity, tested the last nightly's catsfc core. My test game is Ranma 1/2: Chougi Ranbu Hen (I'm desperate to play this in my 3DS, it was my favourite fighting game in my teen years, so many pesetas spent on renting it)

The fucker jumped from 16 to around 23 fps in combat. We're talking about an improvement of an average of 7 fps here on O3DS. The hell happened in the last 48 h?

I'm still getting the same framerate in Yoshi's Island. Hmmmm.

Ater what @teampleb said, i decided to test Yoshi's Island myslef. 12 fps on O3DS.

Wow, that SFX2 must be a b**ch to deal with xD

For comparision sake, also tested Castlevania: Dracula X and it's giving me 20 fps, 2 days ago it was around 14 fps

Mednafen PC Engine core seems to have regressed somehow. It's giving me around 30 fps while last sunday i was getting aroud 36. The game i'm using for testing is Coryoon: Child of Dragon, the same as the last time.

Emulating multiple CPUs or CPU cores is always a pain, especially when you're only using a single core. Just look at 32X, Saturn, 3DO, and Jaguar emulation. Even on the PSP with the newest builds of Snes9x, most SFX games will cause the PSP to develop suicidal tendencies.

Yoshi's Island runs really good on n3DS though.

Star Fox also runs too slow to be playable, maybe 20-30fps on an N3DS and the sound is slow.

I'd be surprised if emulation of SFX ever got to playable framerates on either 3DS model. At best maybe they can get it to be good enough on .cia for 9.2 systems.

except for n64,I really dream of a pc98 core .However I even don't know if there is such an open-sourced core

A crazy dream of mine is a DOSbox core with touchscreen-as-mouse support (a la Kid Icarus or Metroid Prime Hunters)

PC Futbol in the bus would make 3DS the handheld of the forever.

Heheh.
I know I'm reaching into the crazy territory, but Fallout 1 and 2 would be neat.

Neko Project II may be worth considering porting over. There is already a Wii version of it with sources too.

Hey! Return the resolution setting in pcsx rearmed !!! I can not configure the native resolution now, I want to play my games with a picture of 1:1 as the original !!! :hateit::hateit::cry:

Any way to see what's changed from one nightly build to the next? The changelog.txt doesn't ever show anything.

I keep trying the nightly builds hoping that SNES9x will run link to the past full speed, but sometimes I'm not sure if anything has even changed in that particular emulator.

EDIT: I'm on an n3DSXL, on 10.1 running ninjhax, and I have a save file I want to load up from my computer, which I can't use in catsfc.
