Hi guys,

I'm having a problem to succesfuly launch game from Emunand with the lastest Wiiflo ABz Mod. I tried dumping my nand with wiiflow then installed the Wdas with ShowMiiwdas, but when I tried do boot Stafox 64 (confirmed to work even with the less compatibility of the cIos emunand) it simply reboots my console back to home menu (real Nand).

Then I actually tried to do the same thing with Sneek/Neek2o so I compiled a vWii compiled a vWii compatible Sneek (from http://www.hacksden.com/showthread.php/8119-Compiling-a-vWii-compatible-version-of-SNEEK) and when I try to use Switch it freezes after it does the last memory injection. (Maybe thats because i renamed Kernel_sd_di.bin to vWiiKernel.bin . If its this, where I can download/ how to compile na correct one?)

Anyway, I want to know what is happening, why I can't do cIOS emunand with Wiiflow and why I can't do the Sneek Emunand even with vWii compatible compilation,

Any toughs? BTW I'm on 5.5 update (WiiU) and my nand backup is at SD:/nand

AFAIK emunand isnt stabled or recomeded on vwii at all you might brick it, it was never fully working and extremely dangerous to vwii.

EmuNand can't brick vWiis, since it isn't writing real Nand.

You have to put Nand backup on the root of the SD.Also try renaming it to kernel.bin(if you want to use SNEEK rename the kernel_SD.bin,and if you want to use SNEEK+DI rename the kernel_sd_di.bin and also use di.bin) and put it into SNEEK folder(if SNEEK+DI also put di.bin). I recommend you to try both(maybe SNEEK+DI don't work for vWii).

BTW Sorry for thread resurrection.

EDIT:For SNEEK+DI and Neek2o you need to have at least one game converted to SNEEK formar(or .wbfs for Neek2o, the two formats work un Neek2o). Also you can't compile Neek2o. However there is a beta Neek2o for vWii, but I don't recommend it.

It could get banned from PSN but you can change your ID I think?

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better.
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
it says it only works for the original R4, R4i Gold (r4ids.cn), R4iDSN (r4idsn.com) and Acekard R.P.G.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
