I have MSET downgraded and am jumping from DS Profile into rxtools.

You know you can't boot the CFW via Nintendo DS profile on fw higher than 4.x unless you downgrade the mset (system settings app)

How do I execute "rxinstaller.nds" or "rxinstaller.nds" without a flashcard? Where do I need to put my 6.X "msetdg.bin" so it's detected by the installer?

It freezes there for me as well. But if you press Start you should be able to boot into your emuNAND

rxinstaller.nds is an nds homebrew. You need a DS flashcart.
rxinstaller.bin is used with the spider (O3DS web browser) exploit.

msetdg.bin must be placed in the root of the SD.

Ok, so I unlinked sys and emunand and my themehax autoboot works. However I lost my save for my VC gba games, my save is present in the emunand, but isnt registering, even when i copy it over to the sysnand folder. Anyone know why?
