Gaming Issue with Pokemon OR

Hi all,
My Pokemon OR REFUSES to load up - it just sits on the nintendo 3ds red flashing logo until i force a poweroff.
Anyone know why?
I'm on a o3ds with 10.1, themehax, tubehax and sliderhax.
However, this happened on 9.9 with above hax.
