Basically my problem is that for some reason, this 3DS of mine cannot have its notifications opened.

Not sure why, but everytime I attempt to open it, I get an "An Error has occurred, please save your data in any software currently in use and restart the system".

Any ideas as to how I might fix this?

The error's occurring on a 9.2U 2DS system running a RX-E 9.9U emuNand, and I used to run GW on it.

It was happening to me last week. I just ignored it and played my games. A few days later I tried again and could view the notifications fine.

Are you running an old version of rxTools? This was a known issue on older builds, as was the friends list crashing.

You can try running the latest beta if you aren't already.
