It's rather easy tho you could easily google it not even in this forum but here we go.

Deposit 100,000,000 Bells in the post office and you'll get one in the mail the next day or check the item list on the editor to see if you can put it in your pocket.

He says deposit 100,000,000 bells and the post office will give you an ABD (automatic bell dispenser) for your house.

If you really want to edit one in, assuming you are using this online save editor, find "in-store Bellpoint" in the item list.
